Kaitlyn Faucett

As an associate with Levinthal • Wilkins, Kaitlyn is an advocate for the needs of her clients in various civil litigation matters.

Kaitlyn hails from Buffalo, New York, where she enjoyed a childhood full of four separate and distinct seasons.  Kaitlyn left her Western New York roots to attend Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pennsylvania.  After graduating from Mercyhurst, she returned to her hometown to attend the University at Buffalo Law School.  While at the University of Buffalo, Kaitlyn enjoyed great success as a member of the school’s advocacy program in both domestic and international competitions.  Additionally, she was an editor on one of the school’s journals and active in many student organizations.  Upon graduation, Kaitlyn was named the University of Buffalo’s top advocate and awarded the prestigious James M. Keiffer Trial Excellence Award.  Kaitlyn’s dedication to advocacy also earned her membership in the National Order of the Barristers.

Prior to joining Levinthal • Wilkins, Kaitlyn spent her first two years of practice as legal counsel to a boutique Oil & Gas company in Houston.  In her role as in-house counsel, she advised the company on legal issues relating to title rights, contracts, litigation, and corporate finance.

In her free time Kaitlyn enjoys reading biographies, running, and spending time playing with her Doberman Pinscher, Royal.
